Art
My deepest passions reside in Art. I strongly believe that art is abound in everyone. It is merely a journey within ourselves, as art is the outlet for self expression. Drawing, painting, sculpting, and weaving are some forms of art I have explored, though drawing is my main source of pleasure. A pencil and paper suits me just fine, though I would be delighted if given an abundance of colored pencils. If this world could allow it, I would certainly choose art as my life-long profession.
Inspiration
I was inspired by Dr. NG, my flute teacher, to start my own image gallery in eighth grade. She loves art, and has over 1,000 flute figurines. Before then, I’ve enjoyed drawing for as long as I can remember, but I never had a picture diary where I keep all my drawings. I’d only drawn pictures for school projects, and if I was lucky I was able to keep them later. My mom says I’ve been drawing since I was three, or a little before then. I’m not so sure myself, but I guess that doesn’t matter.
