Title: Final Narrative Media: Colored Pencil Date created: May 5th, 2008 Description: For my final 2D Design project, I had to choose two famous paintings, make three copies of each, draw ten horizontal and verticle lines showing implied lines as well as ten curved lines and ten diagonal lines. Then I picked six dominant lines from each painting and trace over them with two sheets of paper, one for each of the paintings. After that I drew two more additional panels with lines transitioning between the two other panels. Using these panels as a guideline, we then created a four panel narrative. I chose Fullmetal Alchemist as my theme and decided on the part when Ed and Al burn their house down and leave Resembool. View this forum post for more images and discussions.

Title: Silhouette Media: Colored Pencil Date created: October 12 2007 Description: I drew this picture in my drawing class. It took me three class days to finish. I got the pattern idea from a magazine as well as the silhouette without wings. Since I was using a fairies theme begun by another picture I drew, I chose to make the silhouette have wings. This patterned image is one of two others, one on an eye and another called Contemplate. All three are drawn with colored pencils.

Title: Christmas Media: Colored Pencil Date created: Winter 2002-Fall 2006 noncontinuously Description: Here’s a project I started four years ago, November of 2002. It was originally a Christmas card cover I created for a Christmas Card Contest. Unfortunately, I never got to turn mine in because I was sick two days, and the day I returned to school was the day all designs were due. I’d worked on it for hours, but I never finished it. I tried picking it up over and over but I still never had the heart to finish it…till August 15 2006
