I am repeatedly dumbfounded by the fact that in a world as brilliant and intelligent as ours, that so few individuals seem to pay attention to invaluable options which are readily available to them to enhance their personal wellness. It seems that a bulk of people are more interested in a quick fix in the form of a MD visit and precriptions than in managing their own wellness process, and doing so in a way that is natural, predictable, and sustainable. That is what makes me appreciate endeavors like yours to educate and prompt individuals to activity. I hope that through these endeavors, and others, that awareness increases quickly and the population at large returns to a mind-set of individualized wellness that doesn't depend on specialists and drugs.

It's impressive that you managed to create your own blogging platform. Knowing exactly what makes up your software must be a great learning experience, indeed.

I've been trying to improve my eye sight too -- or rather to prevent it from deteriorating, but it's a pain to remember to do eye exercises!
